Hey there!Hey there — we’re Gaby and Victoria, the husband-and-wife team behind Signature Kitchen To-Go.

What started as a small dream — just a food truck serving good, homemade meals — has grown into something much deeper. For us, this isn’t just about food. It’s about faith, family, and the power of sharing something made with love.

Victoria runs the kitchen on the truck. She’s the heart of it — calm, focused, and always giving her best. Every plate she serves is cooked with care and intention. With her training and years of experience, she turns simple ingredients into something that feels like home.

Gaby is the creative one — always dreaming up new ideas, mixing flavors, and finding ways to make each dish tell a story. He didn’t go to culinary school, but his love for food, people, and purpose has shaped everything we do.

Together, we’ve learned that food has a way of bringing people closer — to each other and to God.
That’s what led us to create Roots & Recipes — a faith-based family cooking experience where kids learn, parents reflect, and everyone reconnects.

It’s more than just cooking. It’s about pausing from the rush of life, gathering around the table, and finding joy in the simple things — a shared meal, a good laugh, a moment of grace.
